Wooden Coasters - Drawing of the Shadows - I Pump Therefore I Am

Coasters and/or mug coasters on the theme of the Shadoks. The iconic little characters (the Shadoks) are depicted doing various things. Known for his mottos, such as ‘I pump, therefore I am’, ‘If there's no solution, there's no problem’ and ‘To be happy, you don't have to be stupid, but it helps’.

Our products are made in my workshop, under the roofs of Paris, from 3 mm thick limewood plywood, with a matt varnish on both sides. A reverse side, marked with the logo of the D/P and its serial name, completes these products.

The handcrafted nature of these products, as well as the use of wood, can lead to variations from one piece to another.

To clean the Coasters, wipe them gently with a slightly damp, soapy cloth, then dry them carefully.

For the record, the Shadoks are originally a French animated TV series created by Jacques Rouxel and cartoonist Jean-Paul Couturier and narrated by Claude Piéplu, first broadcast in 1974. The series recounts the various stories and misadventures of the Shadoks, anthropomorphic creatures who look like pudgy birds, with long, wiry legs, tiny, prehensile wings and rare hair.
