Preparation & Shipping

I ship to France, the European Union, and Switzerland.

Preparation times vary depending on the item and are indicated directly on each product page. For custom orders, additional production time should be expected.

Carriers

I use La Poste for all my shipments:

  • Lettre Suivie (tracked letter) for wooden items

  • Colissimo for concrete items

Every order includes systematic tracking, allowing you to follow your parcel at any time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Destination Concrete (Colissimo) Wood (Lettre Suivie)
Metropolitan France 2 business days 3 business days
Europe & Switzerland 3 to 4 business days 4 to 5 business days

These timeframes are given as estimates and may vary depending on La Poste.

Shipping Costs

  • Metropolitan France: free shipping on orders over €50. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the actual parcel weight, in accordance with La Poste's rates.

  • Europe & Switzerland: shipping costs are calculated based on the actual parcel weight, in accordance with La Poste's rates.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel directly on the La Poste website.
