Wooden Coasters - Caffeine & Theine Series - Methyltheobromine Molecule

Coasters and/or Mug Coasters on the theme of the Caffeine and Theine molecule (identical to that of Caffeine).

Our productions are made in my workshop, under the roofs of Paris, in Tilleul plywood, 3 MM thick, with a matte varnish applied on both sides. A back, marked with the D/P logo, its series name completes these productions.

The artisanal nature of these productions, as well as the use of wood, can lead to variations from one piece to another.

To clean the Coasters, wipe them gently with a slightly damp, soapy cloth, drying them carefully.

For the record, caffeine, also known as theine, or more scientifically 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine or methyltheobromine, is an alkaloid present in many foods and which acts as a psychotropic stimulant. Its first consumption dates back to the Paleolithic, when the first humans discovered that chewing certain plants reduced fatigue and boosted mood. Later, it was discovered that the effect of caffeine was intensified by infusing dried and roasted plant components in hot water. This discovery is rooted in many cultural legends dating back thousands of years.
