Hand-poured; not printed. No plastic 3D printing, no automated production. Every relief map is hand-cast from a 3D model and a mold made in my workshop - under the rooftops of Paris - and fitted with a numbered cork backing. The light-colored concrete casting faithfully renders the three faces of Ventoux with precision - with that cold, dense, mineral feel that echoes the limestone rock of the summit.
A timeless design: This relief fits just as naturally in a contemporary apartment as in a Provençal home. It settles effortlessly on a desk, a shelf, or a coffee table. And because each piece is hand-poured, slight variations in tone and texture may appear - that's what makes your summit unique.
The perfect gift for Ventoux lovers: Give a summit to someone who has climbed it, dreams of climbing it, or simply admires it from afar. Cyclists, hikers, lovers of objects with character - this sculpture is made for them.
Order & Shipping: Sculptures are available in stock, ready to ship. Wooden bases are made to order - production time: 3 to 4 business days. Each piece is packaged in a cardboard box padded with wood wool, then shipped via tracked Colissimo - 2-business-day delivery within France.
Mont Ventoux, between earth and sky: Also known as the "Giant of Provence" or the "Bald Mountain", this 1,909-meter summit dominates the Vaucluse and can be seen from dozens of kilometers around. Its bare, whitened peak - bleached by limestone rock - gives it an immediately recognizable profile and a reputation as a mountain like no other. A feared stage of the Tour de France, it is climbed via three legendary faces: Bédoin, Malaucène, and Sault. It is this form - raw, exposed, unmistakable - that this sculpture seeks to capture.
